Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 March 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website reeveconsult.co.uk and the consultancy services provided by Reeve Consult Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Reeve Consult provides independent payment consultancy services, including rate audits, product recommendations, and merchant onboarding support, in partnership with Dojo Payments Ltd. We act as an authorised introducer and partner of Dojo - not as an employee or agent.

Our service to merchants is free of charge. We are remunerated by Dojo upon successful merchant activation. This remuneration does not affect the rates or terms offered to you.

2. No financial advice

The information on this website and provided through our consultancy is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute regulated financial advice. Rates, fees, and product terms are subject to change and formal confirmation by Dojo Payments Ltd. Always review the full merchant agreement provided by Dojo before signing.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a rate comparison or merchant application.
  • Review the full Dojo merchant agreement before signing - we are not a party to that contract.
  • Ensure your business is legally permitted to accept card payments in the UK.
  • Notify us promptly if any information you have provided changes.

4. Intellectual property

All content on reeveconsult.co.uk - including text, graphics, logos, and design - is owned by or licensed to Reeve Consult Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeve Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or reliance on information provided through our consultancy service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to us in connection with the services in question.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
