What is my statement used for?
We read it to break out your effective rate, spot hidden charges, and model what a switch would actually save. We do not keep it, sell it, or share it with anyone outside Reeve Consult.
Will you publish Dojo's rates on the quote?
No. Dojo prices every business individually based on your volume, card mix, and industry. The Dojo quote sits in the reply email we send you, never on a public document.
What if I am still in contract?
Dojo covers exit fees up to £3,000 when you switch. We factor that into the comparison so you are looking at a real, like-for-like number.
How long does the review take?
Typically within one working day for straightforward statements. Multi-location or complex integrations can take up to 48 hours.
