Easy application

1–3 days

If you're happy with the quote and decide to go ahead, we'll work with you on a straightforward application and onboarding process that can be completed in under 10 minutes. This involves some basic business and personal information shared with us in confidence, so we can generate the Dojo agreement - sent to you by email along with an ID request. All fully compliant with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules.

Once signed, the application goes to Dojo's underwriting team. A decision is typically provided within 1–72 hours. Once approved, terminals arrive the next day (if submitted before 4pm). Tap to Pay on iPhone can be used instantly.

If you're tied into a contract elsewhere, we work with Dojo to cover your exit fees up to £3,000 (ask for details).

Your Dojo terminals arrive pre-configured if you require integration. We walk you through setup over the phone or on-site, connect your ePOS if needed, and make sure everything works.
