Dojo has a dedicated UK support team available from 8am to 11pm, every day of the year - including Bank Holidays. For urgent payment or hardware issues, contact them directly.
Check your 4G signal or WiFi connection. On Dojo Go, hold the power button for 8 seconds to restart. If the issue persists, call Dojo support: 0800 044 3550.
Payouts are sent from 7am on the next business day. If you think your payout is late, check the Dojo app for any alerts. If nothing shows, contact Dojo support quoting your merchant ID.
Contact us directly - we handle all hardware changes for our clients. We can arrange additional terminals or coordinate a return, usually within 2–3 working days.
Get in touch with us and we'll liaise with the Dojo integrations team on your behalf. Most EPOS changes can be made remotely without engineer visits.
We offer annual rate reviews as standard. If you feel your volume has changed significantly, reach out and we'll run a fresh comparison to make sure you're on the best deal.
We'd always ask you to speak to us first - if something isn't working, we can usually fix it. But if you need to leave, we'll make the process as smooth as possible.
