Do I need a different card machine for every industry?
No. The same device can suit different businesses. The choice depends on where customers pay, the connection available, receipt requirements and any software integration you need. The guides explain those differences rather than assigning one machine to every business.
Can you work with the EPOS or business software I already use?
We can discuss your existing setup. Compatibility depends on the supplier, software version and intended workflow, so the exact connection and any additional fees need confirmation before you choose a payment arrangement.
Can I get help with my website or AI as well as payments?
Yes. Reeve Consult also offers web and app development and AI consultancy. Tell us the job you need to improve, such as your website, customer enquiries or an internal process, and we can discuss that separately from your card payments.
What should I send when asking for a payment quote?
Tell us your business type, where you take payment and which till or software you use. A recent merchant statement and current contract details can help with a rate comparison. Do not send cardholder data or sensitive customer information through an enquiry form.
