American Express cards usually cost a bit more per transaction. Some businesses accept them, some don't.

If you already take cards we need the itemised statement from your current provider so we can price you. Bank statement is optional.

Card transaction statement

This is how we work out the best price for you. It shows what you currently get paid, and whether you are being overcharged for something you may not even know about. We need the itemised statement from your current provider — each transaction and the fee taken — not a next-day payout summary. PDF, JPG or PNG.

Without it we still have to call you to request it, because we cannot proceed to pricing until we have it.

Standalone card machine with a bright screen and long battery. Works over WiFi and 4G. Good for hospitality, retail and market stalls.

Compact handheld reader that pairs with your phone or tablet. Great for mobile trades, deliveries and on-the-go payments.

Monthly: a monthly instalment for the card machine.
Upfront: a one-time payment, taken out of your first monthly statement. Based on current offers, works out more cost-efficient over a 1–2 year period typically.

Hardware Care is £5 per month per account. With it, a broken terminal is replaced next day. Without it, replacement is up to 5 working days (best efforts). Worth it for busy retail where a day of downtime isn't an option. Otherwise skip.
